Job summary

iAnthus in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a Budtender/Dispensary Associate to educate patients on strains, effects and cannabis use, and to welcome adult-use customers with tailored guidance in a compliant, patient-first environment.

You will record transactions in the POS, work with dispensary managers to maintain a clean, organized space, and help drive patient acquisition for medicinal cannabis while supporting a growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail environments.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment of Patients First with excellent patient interaction.
• Respond to patients with care and compassion.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
