Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Part-Time Retail Delivery Driver in Miami Beach, FL to deliver cannabis products safely to customers and assist in-store as needed.

You will greet guests, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized retail environment while complying with state regulations. A high school diploma, 25+ years old, valid driver’s license, and 6+ months of customer-facing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 25 years old per state guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 6 months experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-store or at the customer’s door.
• Communicate professionally and proactively during deliveries and transactions.
• Build trust by answering questions and offering product information.
• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized recommendations.
• Resolve concerns with professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote loyalty programs and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
• Safely transport cannabis products in compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes for timely service.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Accurately handle cash payments and complete delivery documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe delivery vehicles and records.
• Proactively communicate delivery status or delays to customers and store leadership.
• Assist with store operations: opening/closing, ID checks, POS transactions, inventory tasks.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Support store operations as a Store Associate when not delivering.
