Curaleaf in Brandon, FL is hiring a Retail Delivery Driver to join our team. This full-time role delivers cannabis products to customers' homes, ensures compliance with state regulations, and upholds Curaleaf's commitment to quality and service.

You'll also support store operations, greet guests, process transactions, restock, and participate in promotions. Must have a valid license, 25+ age, and strong communication and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 25 years old per state guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and reliable transportation.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cannabis products safely to customers’ homes and maintain professional conduct.
• Provide excellent customer service, upsell where appropriate, and answer questions.
• Assist in store operations, POS transactions, and inventory tasks as needed.
• Maintain delivery logs, route efficiency, and compliance with state laws.
• Communicate delivery status and issues to management and customers.
