Job summary

Curaleaf in Fort Pierce, FL is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to join our team. You will transport cannabis products to dispensaries and wholesale partners, ensuring timely, safe, and compliant deliveries across the area.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, the ability to pass background checks, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Typical shift is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and pass a full background check.
• Minimum age 25 years old.
• Experience following routes, schedules, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport cannabis products to dispensaries and wholesale partners while following all company and state regulations.
• Execute deliveries on time and communicate proactively with logistics team and dispensaries regarding delays.
• Follow safety best practices on the road and during loading/unloading.
• Maintain clean, well-kept vehicles and document all vehicle maintenance and issues.
• Complete all required delivery paperwork, including checklists and rejection forms.
• Partner with the inventory team to resolve product-related issues and ensure delivery accuracy.
• Collaborate with dispensaries to coordinate delivery schedules and maintain strong relationships.
• Support other departments when routes are completed, including packaging, labeling, inventory, and general production needs.
• Maintain accurate driver logs and comply with all company policies and laws.

What You’ll Do

As a Delivery Driver forCuraleaf,you’llplay an essential role in keeping our operations running seamlessly acrossthe state.You’llbe responsible forensuring our cannabis products are delivered safely, efficiently, and compliantly from our production facilities toCuraleafdispensaries and wholesale partners throughout the area.

In this role, you will:

• Work a flexible schedule that may include extended hours to meet operational needs

What You’ll Bring

• You have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record and can pass a full background check
• You are at least 25 years old
• You’redependable, organized, and committed to following assigned routes, schedules, and safety procedures
• You understand and follow all state regulations governing cannabis delivery and compliance
• You’recomfortable driving a Sprinter van orsimilarlysized vehicle
• You have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Even Better If

• You havepreviousexperience in the cannabis industry or a similar regulated environment.
• You’veworked in customer service andknowhow to build positive relationships.
• You’refamiliar with inventory orlogisticsprocesses.
• You take initiative and enjoy helping where needed across departments.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk or hear, use hands to finger or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb and balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl andlift upto 25 pounds. The employeeis occasionally required tolift upto 100 pounds.

This position requires close vision at 20 inches or less, distance vision at 20 feet or more, distance vision at 20 feet or more, peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships) and the ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus).
