Qualifications

• Evening and weekend availability.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of cannabis products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen for needs, recommend and help locate products.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits; demonstrate use without opening or consuming.
• Answer customer questions and guide purchases through the store.
• Receive and process cash transactions in the POS system.
• Ensure accurate change and verify currency value.
• Stay updated on prices, discounts, specials, and product demonstrations.
• Monitor security issues and assist in loss prevention.
• Display merchandise following FIFO and keep area neat and clean.
• Take stock inventory when requested.
