AYR Wellness is hiring a Budtender in Las Vegas to deliver an excellent customer experience by sharing product knowledge and guiding customers through premium cannabis offerings.

The role supports a compliant, welcoming store environment and helps achieve sales targets while following all regulatory requirements. Candidates should have 1–3 years in retail or customer service, be 21+, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to pass background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Availability to work retail schedule that includes nights and weekends.
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality, pharmacy, customer services, or retail.
• Must stay current and adhere to all policies and regulations of the state cannabis agency.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provides knowledge and guidance about Premium Cannabis products to customers.
• Ensures customer questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely.
• Accurately receiving, coordinating, and fulfilling customer orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dispensary; ensure safety and compliance.
• Meets/exceeds day-to-day sales metrics by following customer experience selling cycle with product suggestions.
• Assist management in ensuring procedures reflect regulatory and compliance standards.
