Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Cultivation Specialist to provide on-site support across gardens in a cannabis cultivation facility. You will help manage plant health, quality control, and daily cultivation tasks from propagation to pre-harvest, while adhering to SOPs and safety standards.

The role is full-time at $15/hr, requiring 1–3 years of related experience and a strong team orientation. You may assist other departments as needed in a compliant, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years' experience in a related position.
• Able to follow detailed instruction and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must have a positive attitude and work well with others in a team.
• Willing to learn about, operate and maintain facility equipment safely.
• Comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 21+ and able to register with the state cannabis commission.
• Must comply with all laws, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Support plant management, fertilization, insect and disease monitoring, sanitation, and overall plant growth in grow rooms.
• Clone, trim, prune, top and train plants as directed by Cultivation Manager.
• Monitor and maintain quality control measures per state/local laws.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Inform Cultivation Manager of any system discrepancies and report plant health concerns.
• Track and organize plants from clone-to-harvest using the track-and-trace system.
• Support cultivation and harvest teams to achieve production goals.
