Job summary

Fluent is seeking a Cultivation Tech I to support day-to-day operations in a medical cannabis production facility in Florida. You will work in a fast-paced, regulated environment handling pruning, transplanting, watering, and harvest tasks under supervision of leads and supervisors.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow SOPs, GMP, and GACP standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma and interest in horticulture; prior cannabis

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; bachelor's in horticulture or related field preferred.
Basic math skills and strong attention to detail essential.
Interest or experience in horticulture or medical cannabis is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily cultivation tasks: pruning, training, transplanting, watering, and harvest prep.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and document activities per SOP/GACP/GMP.
Work in teams and follow supervisor directions to support production goals.
