GrowHealthy in Florida seeks a Cultivation Technician to join our team responsible for producing high-quality cannabis plants while meeting compliance standards. You will work in a fast-paced grow facility, performing propagation, care, and canopy tasks under guidance from management.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while adhering to Florida OMU policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Adhere to Florida OMU policies and regulations.
• Strong computer, math, language and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cultivation duties: inventory, cloning, transplanting, feeding, pruning, and canopy work.
• Maintain disease- and pest-free environment daily.
• Keep accurate activity records and logs.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of grow area and equipment.
