Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Florida Facility Agent Card.
• 1–3 years in cannabis cultivation or related fields.
• Knowledge of cannabis growth cycles or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in task execution.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform pruning, defoliation, trimming, and plant support tasks.
• Clone, transplant, water, fertilize, and transition cannabis plants as needed.
• Monitor plant health and report signs of stress, pests, or disease.
• Record data on plant development and environmental conditions as instructed.
• Assist in harvesting flowering plants and preparing them for post-harvest.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace.
• Follow SOPs, schedules, and task lists from cultivation leadership.
• Assist with special projects or cross-functional tasks as needed.
