Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Cultivation Technician I to support the flower department with day-to-day cannabis plant maintenance and sanitation. The role may flex to veg, mom, or propagation as needed, with a pay rate of $16.25 per hour and on-site duties in the Pittsburgh market.

The position requires a high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, PPE use, and a background check. Prior cultivation experience is preferred, and the role reports to the Cultivation Site Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical, repetitive agricultural work following directions from supervisors.
• Climb ladders or work on elevated platforms as needed.
• Net and trellis cannabis flower plants.
• Load cannabis plants and place emitters.
• Tuck and spread plants as directed to optimize growth.
• Prune and defoliate cannabis plants with care.
• Use PPE properly in accordance with guidelines.
• Keep grow room clean by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and bagging plant material.
• Sanitize and store tools and equipment after use.
• Assist in cross-department tasks as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
