Job summary

Trulieve, a leading cannabis company in the Pittsburgh area, is seeking a Cultivation Technician I to support daily plant maintenance and sanitation within the Cultivation department. The role focuses on hand-grown cannabis production and operational guidelines in a compliant environment.

Weekend availability is required. Key duties include performing manual agricultural tasks, netting and trellis work, pruning, PPE usage, and ensuring grow rooms remain clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Physical, repetitive agricultural work, follow directions and take instructions from supervisors
• Repetitive climbing on a ladder or working on an elevated platform
• Netting and Trellis cannabis flower plants
• Loading cannabis plants and placing emitters
• Tucking and spreading plants as directed
• Pruning and defoliating cannabis plants
• Proper Use of PPE in accordance with company guidelines
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and bag any excess plant material leaving the grow room clean once plant maintenance is completed
• Clean, sanitize, and store all grow room tools and equipment upon use
• Perform various manual cross-department job duties as needed
• Secondary but essential job functions
• All other duties as assigned
