Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Cultivation Technician I to support the flower department with day-to-day plant maintenance and sanitation tasks. You will work under supervision in a fast-paced cultivation environment, ensuring proper PPE usage and adherence to safety guidelines.

The role may involve flexing to support in veg, mom, and propagation as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma and be at least 21, with a willingness to undergo background screening.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ years old in most states.
• Background screening required.
• Cultivation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual cultivation tasks such as netting, trellising, and plant maintenance.
• Follow directions from supervisors and maintain cleanliness of grow room.
• Assist with pruning, cleaning, sanitation and PPE usage per guidelines.
• Support in veg, mom, and propagation as needed by business demand.
• Move plants, load emitters, and ensure proper care of flowering stock.
