Job summary

Greenleaf Gardens is hiring a Cultivation Technician to support daily plant care from propagation to harvest. You will assist with watering, pruning, trellising, defoliation, and data entry in a fast-paced grow operation.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and adherence to safety protocols. This entry-level position offers growth within the cultivation team and a permanent 40-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Word are needed.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Care for medicine plants from seed/clone to harvest while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follow Cultivation Manager's feeding and care schedule.
• Prune, transplant, repot, and monitor plants for pests and deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate crop-related logs and inventories.
• Operate and maintain cultivation tools and equipment safely.
• Complete daily and periodic cleaning of cultivation areas.
