Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and pass a background check.
• Able to work in humid environments with cannabis odors.
• Willing to wear PPE and follow sanitation standards.
• Team-oriented with cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cannabis plants during flowering and harvest to support bud development.
• Perform defoliation, pruning, trellising, and staking for canopy optimization.
• Assist with harvesting while following SOPs to ensure product quality.
• Identify signs of stress, deficiencies, pests, or diseases to report to Cultivation Lead.
