DCM Inc. is seeking a Cultivation Associate to support plant care in our greenhouse environment. You will perform core cultivation tasks and maintain data logs while following SOPs and IPM protocols. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age required.
• Must pass Federal and State criminal history background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to step over 28-inch-tall rails.

Responsabilités

• Provide care and support for plant cultivation per SOPs and guidelines.
• Assist with cloning, transplanting, trellising, watering, feeding, defoliation, flushing, and pest control.
• Maintain accurate data logs and a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate with management and grow team on a daily basis.
• Follow IPM protocols and participate in all grow tasks.
