Job summary

DCM Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a Cultivation Associate to support plant care in a fast-paced greenhouse. You will perform cleaning, SOP adherence, cloning, transplanting, watering, feeding, data logs, and sanitation while working with the cultivation team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass Federal and State criminal history background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties in/around the facility (trays, containers, drainage & fertigation systems).
• Follow SOPs, directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
• Participate in grow tasks including cloning, transplanting, trellising, watering, feeding, defoliation, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, waste disposal, inventory management, and room sanitation.
• Maintain up-to-date data logs and a clean, organized work environment.
• Communicate openly with management and teammates; adapt to daily priorities and requests.
