Job summary

District Cannabis LLC in Washington, DC seeks an entry-level Cultivation Associate to support plant care in our grow operation. You will assist with cloning, transplanting, feeding, sanitation, and data logging under SOPs and IPM protocols.

You will join a fast-paced team with opportunities to learn cannabis cultivation in a compliant facility while supporting our mission to provide high-quality cannabis to the MD/DC market.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass Federal and State criminal history background checks.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning around the facility and equipment.
• Follow SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies.
• Assist with grow tasks including cloning, transplanting, trellising, watering, feeding, defoliation, flushing, foliar and sanitation.
• Maintain up-to-date data logs.
• Keep a clean, organized work environment.
• Complete duties on time and be ready to take on additional responsibilities.
• Maintain open communication with management and co-workers.
• Work closely with the Cultivation Department Head and team.
• Follow all IPM protocols.
