Job summary

Parallel is seeking an entry-level Cultivation Team Member in our NETA operations to assist in growing medical and recreational cannabis. You will perform hands-on cultivation tasks, learn plant care routines, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to calculate and record measurements.
• Ability to read and interpret directions in English.
• Great communication skills and ability to work with others.
• Strong attention to detail and task orientation.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow directions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cultivation operations following policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Cultivation Supervisors and team members.
• Provide water and nutrients to ensure healthy plant growth.
• Accurately weigh and measure inputs for growth.
• Assist in transplants and room restocking as needed.
• Set up trellis and support plant limbs.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and track plant weights.
• Complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
