The role is entry-level and hands-on, offering a rotating schedule with a 4-day work week and the opportunity to learn across all stages of cultivation while contributing to high-quality cannabis products.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently when required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform measurements, calculations, and accurately record data.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plant care, propagation, harvesting, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Support cultivation trials and document observations.
• Maintain environmental conditions and harvest yields tracking.
• Assist with inventory management and waste tracking procedures.
• Follow seed-to-sale tracking requirements and safety standards.
