Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Cultivation Associate to support Flower and Harvest stages, caring for plants and maintaining growth quality. The role involves hands-on work across departments, with a focus on reliability, accuracy, and adherence to production schedules.

You will join a team dedicated to quality cannabis cultivation, working in a fast-paced environment and following strict safety and compliance guidelines to ensure consistent product standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in cultivation, agriculture, landscaping, or horticulture is a plus.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and physically active work.

Responsibilities

• Prune, defoliate, stake, and feed plants in Flower.
• Monitor environmental conditions to optimize growth.
• Inspect plants for health, pests, and disease.
• Harvest: cut, trim, and process plants for drying/packaging.
• Maintain clean, sanitized workspaces and follow safety procedures.
• Weigh, label, and inventory plants per state regulations.
