Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Sparks, NV is seeking a Cultivation Technician to support cultivation operations onsite. This role involves hands-on plant work, data input, room sanitation, and adherence to SOPs and GMP guidelines.

The candidate should have a degree in horticulture or at least two years of cultivation experience, pass a background check, and be prepared for routine safety training and compliance requirements. Benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agronomy, Plant Biology, or related field, or a minimum of 2 years of experience cultivating plants.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Knowledge of large-scale commercial plant cultivation, including nutrient requirements, media, light, temperature, and airflow.
• Experience with compliance systems.
• Advanced cannabis plant and genetics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work during scheduled shifts.
• Support management to ensure cultivation duties are efficiently completed per SOPs.
• Involve essential cultivation operations with potential expansion over time.
• Daily plant work including big leaf and bottom stripping in flower rooms, data input, cleaning.
• Weekly tasks such as spot cleaning, flipping blocks, trays, planting coco cubes, watering.
• Monthly duties like harvesting, predatory insects, IPM monitoring, inventory counts, safety meetings, cloning, rotating mothers.
• Follow SOPs and GACP/GMP guidelines throughout the facility.
