Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. seeks a Cultivation Technician to support cultivation operations across our facilities. The role covers plant tasks, room prep, cleaning, seed-to-sale data input, and adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a background in horticulture or related field, or 2+ years of cultivation experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication. Competitive benefits and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agronomy, Plant Biology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of cultivation experience.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Daily plant work, including big leaf and bottom stripping.
• Prepare rooms for refill and maintain cleanliness in grow areas.
• Weekly tasks: spot cleaning, flipping flower blocks, consolidating vegetative trays, watering.
• Monthly tasks: harvesting, IPM monitoring, inventory counts, safety meetings, cloning and rotating mother plants.
• Follow SOPs and GMP/GACP guidelines; comply with all safety and security policies.
