Qualifications

• Two years of previous Cannabis Cultivation Experience or relevant education.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations.
• Strong project management skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Cultivation labor planning and scheduling.
• Track and maintain Cultivation Metrics/KPIs.
• Identify and document potential environmental and safety problems.
• Lead problem resolution and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Oversee proper storage of all products.
