Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Cultivation Technician to support daily operations in our cultivation facilities across the United States. This role performs essential plant work, assists with harvesting, cleaning, and room preparation while following SOPs and GMP guidelines.

You will work closely with the cultivation team to maintain quality and safety, input seed-to-sale data, and contribute to a clean, compliant operation that supports patients and consumers.

Qualifications

• Degree in horticulture or related field, or 2+ years of plant cultivation experience.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Knowledge of large-scale cannabis cultivation and IPM.

Responsibilities

• Complete work during scheduled shifts.
• Support management to ensure duties are completed per SOPs.
• Plant work including big leaf and bottom stripping in flower rooms.
• Input seed-to-sale data and maintain room readiness.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines.
