Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of cannabis cultivation experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of cloning, propagation, pest and disease control, nutrient management and harvesting.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of cultivation technicians with training and guidance.
• Implement cultivation plans, planting, watering, feeding, and harvesting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal cannabis regulations and documentation.
• Maintain environmental conditions (temp, humidity, light, ventilation) in grow rooms.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and schedules.
• Inspect plants for pests, disease, and nutrient issues; take corrective actions.
• Operate and maintain cultivation equipment (irrigation, lighting, HVAC, fertilization).
• Follow SOPs for cloning, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting.
• Monitor plant inventory and growth stages; manage plant movements.
• Stay updated on cultivation trends and improvements; suggest changes.
• Provide regular KPI reports to management.
