Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Botany, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years in a large-scale commercial growing operation, with 2+ years in management.
• Experience in multi-tiered growing environments.
• Experience with growing data acquisition.
• Experience designing nutrient mixes.
• Knowledge of indoor hydroponic cultivation practices and cannabis lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage plant production plan from seed to harvest.
• Create harvest schedules to meet business demand.
• Plan cultivation staffing aligned with labor needs.
• Coach Cultivation Technicians and provide feedback.
• Maintain SOPs and state records; ensure compliance.
• Oversee inventory and cleanliness of growing environment.
• Ensure product meets lab testing requirements at target yields.
