Job summary

Good Chemistry in Massachusetts is seeking a Gardener to support the cultivation department's daily operations. You will execute tasks assigned by management, maintain plant health, and help meet cultivation goals in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and one year of cannabis industry experience; the position is full-time, with 40 hours per week, and may include weekend shifts and holidays. Safety PPE will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum one year experience in the cannabis industry is preferred.
• Candidates should be self-mufficient, able to multitask, and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all plant-related tasks from propagation to harvest.
• Understand climate parameters in cultivation areas.
• Mix nutrients and manage equipment cleanliness.
• Follow safety rules and regulations; perform other duties as assigned.
