East Coast Cannabis in Lebanon, Maine is hiring entry-level Cannabis Cultivation Associates for our cultivation facility. You will be hands-on throughout the grow cycle with comprehensive training provided, no prior cannabis experience required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment.
• No prior cannabis experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Physical fitness and ability to wear PPE and perform repetitive tasks.
• Compliance with SOPs, safety standards and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate cannabis through all stages of the grow cycle and support the full plant lifecycle.
• Move plants between rooms as they progress through the grow cycle.
• Assist with harvesting, trimming, sorting and post-harvest processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment and workspace.
• Follow production timelines and report observations to management.
• Help achieve weekly production goals and quality standards.
