Nirvana Cannabis in Phoenix is seeking an entry-level Cultivation Assistant to support the cultivation team through propagation to harvest. This full-time onsite role emphasizes plant health, sanitation, documentation, and consistent execution.

You will perform tasks such as watering, pruning, IPM, harvest prep, and basic recordkeeping in METRC, with a focus on SOP compliance and teamwork. Weekend availability is required, and the company offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and SOP compliance.
Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Weekend/holiday flexibility; ability to meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

Support propagation, transplanting, vegetative care, flowering, harvesting, drying, and curing.
Perform daily plant care (watering, pruning, defoliation, trellising, staking) and IPM tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of cultivation rooms, tools, and equipment.
Assist with harvest staging, trimming, weighing, and post-harvest prep.
Record plant movements and activity entries in METRC or similar systems.
Coordinate with team leads to verify timelines and ensure accurate counts.
