Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• At least 3 years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.
• Experience in Public Accounting Firms.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Direct preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and cannabis industry standards.
• Maintain cash flow forecasting and budgeting oversight.
• Oversee tax compliance related to cannabis regulations.
