Responsibilities

• Greet guests personally with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Answer and route incoming calls courteously.
• Verify IDs and documentation for guests and maintain records.
• Operate computer systems to check-in guests.
• Manage guest flow to ensure a positive experience.
• Perform general clerical tasks (typing, filing, mail).
• Maintain dispensary cleanliness and stock levels.
• Handle transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and products.
• Assist in weekly/daily audits and monthly inventories in METRC.
