Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience; substitutions allowed on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth reviews of investigations: interview, collect records, and prepare statements and reports.
• Track enforcement actions against licensees and identification card holders.
• Analyze cannabis product inventory in the track-and-trace system for compliance and enforcement.
• Coordinate with divisions on licensee and card-holder compliance with rules and law.
• Cooperate with other agencies and offices in directing investigations and presenting cases.
• Issue and follow up with notices of violation and other regulatory tools.
