Job summary

STIIIZY, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to represent the brand in our California cannabis retail locations. You will engage with customers, share cannabis knowledge, and build relationships to foster loyalty while driving sales and brand experience.

The role starts part-time at $19.50 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to grow within a fast-growing, nationally expanding company. A strong emphasis on customer service, compliance, and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work 2 weekend days (Fri-Sun) according to needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a professional, enthusiastic brand ambassador in-store and out.
• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs, preferences and budgets.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to business metrics.
• Pick and pack orders and assist in daily store operations.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and training.
