Job summary

Eaze is hiring for a retail team member in Florida. You will deliver high-quality customer service, assist with in-store and phone orders, and promote product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.

You will handle POS transactions, cash, and routine audits while maintaining clean, well-stocked shelves and compliant procedures. The role requires a friendly attitude, reliability, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail is preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience in hospitality, retail or food service.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Must pass a level 2 background check and fingerprints within 72 hours of offer letter.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer service oriented store environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Operate POS, cash handling, safe audits, and manage change drops.
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in-store, on the phone and processing online orders.
• Encourage sales through engagement and suggestive selling.
