Job summary

Eaze is hiring to promote a positive, customer-focused in-store environment in Florida. You will support customer service, manage the POS system, assist with online orders, and help maintain merchandising and inventory while upholding policies and safety standards.

The role requires reliability, ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting, and flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a Level 2 background check with fingerprints

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to workdays/nights/weekends/holidays
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the customer experience in store
• Handle POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assist customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders
• Encourage sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and has a full understanding of the training and compliance binder
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Uphold the Company policies and procedures and compliance standards
• Upholds visual merchandising standards, checking that proper signage, price tickets, marketing materials, etc. are visible and updated
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store as well as ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld
• Maintains a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment
