The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and adherence to policies, with growth into leadership, training, and cross-location responsibilities as you build experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn about cannabis products and therapies.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer experience by providing educated product recommendations.
• Promote deals, rewards program and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment.
• Ensure sales floor is stocked and store is well-maintained.
• Input Recreational and Medical customer information accurately; comply with policies.
