Nectar Markets is seeking a friendly Budtender in Costa Mesa to greet customers, answer questions, and guide product selection with care. You will maintain a clean store, manage the POS system, and ensure accurate cash handling while delivering exceptional experiences.

• Ensure the sales floor is well stocked and the store presence is maintained.

About the role:

As a budtender, you are the face of Nectar! You are responsible for ensuring each customer leaves our stores with the product they need and a desire to come back. You love making sure everyone has a comfortable and positive experience.

• Responsible for sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment.
• Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained.
• Promote a work environment that is positive, customer service-oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge.
• Greeting customers warmly when they enter.
• Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system in person and for placing phone orders.
• Correct cash handling and discount application.
• Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles.
• Verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for customers.
• Other duties as assigned by the Management Team.

Compensation:

• This role starts at $18 an hour plus tips.
