Job summary

Higher Collective is seeking customer-focused Budtenders for our Torrington, CT locations. You will fulfill orders behind the retail counter, assist customers with cannabis products, and ensure a smooth purchasing experience in a high-traffic environment.

Responsibilities include POS transactions, inventory reconciliation, patient consultations, and strict adherence to state/local regulations. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, is required to support a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to learn cannabis products.
• Prior budtender experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check and agent registration approval required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the retail counter with cannabis products.
• Process orders, manage inventory, and handle payments at the POS.
• Conduct purchases and consultations while complying with regulations.
• Maintain clean, compliant dispensary environment and workflows.
