High Seas is seeking a Budtender to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. You’ll help customers find the right products and drive sales with upselling and promotions.

You will manage till and cash handling with accuracy, maintain a clean, organized store, and promote loyalty programs. This role offers tips and incentives as part of the earning potential.

Formación

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Cannabis product knowledge or willingness to learn required.
• Clear, confident communication and customer-first mindset.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling cash and following compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to every customer and ask questions to match products to needs.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling and promoting featured deals.
• Maintain till accuracy and handle all transactions per procedures.
• Keep sales floor, displays, and work areas clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Promote memberships, loyalty programs and reviews to boost retention.
