Job summary

M1 Cannabis is seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador/Logistics Flex to represent our brand across Massachusetts. This full-time role combines on-the-road promotion with delivery support, requiring strong communication, organization, and a valid driver’s license.

You’ll build relationships with budtenders, maintain menus and brand materials, and capture content for social media while supporting drivers on delivery days.

What You'll Do

Brand Ambassador

• Visit dispensaries statewide
• Build relationships with budtenders and buyers
• Maintain menus and brand materials
• Capture photos/videos for social media
• Attend vendor days, pop-ups, and events

Logistics Flex

• Support delivery days
• Ride along with drivers
• Ensure accurate, complaint drop offs

Schedule

Full-time | 40+ hours/week

Mostly on the road, nights/weekends as needed
