Job summary

Valley Credit Union is seeking a Specialty Banking Coordinator to support our cannabis-related program. Youll guide business members through onboarding and ongoing documentation while helping them understand program requirements.

This role combines member service, relationship building, organization, and compliance support. You'll coordinate documentation, support Green Check Verified, and serve as a key connection between members, Compliance, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable communicating with members and internal teams.
• Interest in developing expertise in specialty banking and cannabis-related services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for routine cannabis-related business member needs.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing documentation for the cannabis banking program.
• Help members understand and satisfy program requirements in collaboration with Compliance.
• Support program administration, information gathering, and issue escalation.
• Work with Compliance and other departments to ensure timely, complete information for reviews.
