This role acts as a link between members, Compliance, and other departments to ensure timely, accurate documentation and a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or regulated industry preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and member service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist cannabis-related business members through onboarding.
• Provide Green Check Verified onboarding and troubleshooting.
• Maintain Green Check Verified platform knowledge.
• Serve as primary contact for program questions.
• Track documentation and licensing information.
• Escalate issues to Compliance.
• Maintain confidential records and compliance with laws.
