Job summary

Sweetspot Brands in Mount Olive, NJ is seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused cannabis advisor for our new dispensary. You will guide customers through a wide range of products, provide accurate information on cultivars, potency and effects, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

This in-person, part-time role offers 30 hours per week, an employee discount, paid time off and opportunities for growth in the cannabis industry.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

As a personal cannabis advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the wide variety of products we offer, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
