Sweetspot Brands in Hamilton Township, NJ is seeking a knowledgeable cannabis advisor to guide customers through our wide range of products, provide exceptional service, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

In this part-time, in-person role you will handle cash transactions, support inventory management, and help maintain a welcoming, educational store environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that best fit their needs and lifestyle.
• Provide information regarding different cultivars, potency, and effects.
• Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and diligence.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock management.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Uphold a clean and organized workspace.
