Job summary

Sweetspot Brands in Hamilton Township, NJ is seeking a knowledgeable cannabis advisor to guide customers through our product range, deliver exceptional service, and ensure compliance with state regulations. This in-person, part-time role offers a supportive team and competitive wages.

You will assist customers with product selection, explain cultivars, potency and effects, handle cash and POS, and contribute to inventory control while maintaining a clean, compliant workspace.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
