Job summary

Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience with Consolidated Afloat Network and Enterprise Services (CANES).
  • At least five years of experience in IT systems design, development, integration, and support.
  • Two or more years of experience with Enterprise Linux (RHEL, Rocky, CentOS) and Ansible Automation Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding existing technical limitations and customer needs.
  • Identifying technical solutions and testing new ideas.
  • Creating Ansible automation content to reduce the time it takes to integrate OpenShift clusters and supporting infrastructure with CANES network, identity, and PKI services.
  • Authoring technical documentation for engineers and end users.
  • Performing on-platform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of deployed OpenShift clusters and applications.
  • Identifying new technology patterns and proposing updates to existing systems to take advantage of technology improvements.
