Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to develop, motivate, train and coach employees.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational skills, cash handling and merchandising ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop's team, creating a sales-focused, customer-centric environment.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Communicate and implement company direction, policies, and programs.
• Delegate tasks, ensure compliance, and provide follow-up.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and promptly.
• Train and develop team members on company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team.
• Drive recruitment and selection of qualified candidates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor expenses to meet budgetary goals.
• Manage cash handling, asset protection, and banking procedures.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records and approve weekly payroll.
• Ensure compliance with wage and break laws; coordinate weekly schedules with District Sales Managers.
