Responsibilities

• Prepare fudge products and sell to customers.
• Assist in Gina’s restaurant functions (deli, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods).
• Follow food safety guidelines per state/local laws.
• Receive and store products per SOPs.
• Train new associates using checklists and guidelines.
• Manage cash control and till according to Scheels guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize work area.
• Ensure accuracy in measuring ingredients and portions.
