Ferrara Candy Co. is seeking a 2nd shift team member to coat candy after deposition and perform general duties. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and functioning in a fast-paced environment with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include material reviews, equipment setup, quality checks, and scrap reduction. Benefits include health, dental, 401(k), PTO, and potential annual bonus. Shift hours are 11:45am–8:15pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic problem solving skills.
• Must pass pallet jack and forklift certification tests.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Overtime and 2nd shift hours may be required.

Aufgaben

• Review material paperwork and job orders to ensure correct materials are used.
• Setup and wash down equipment including conveyors, tumblers, laser cleaners and more.
• Maintain materials and equipment during runs with proper settings and quality.
• Perform quality checks and report findings.
• Identify opportunities to reduce scrap and maintain a clean work area.
• Keep the work area organized and safe.
